The Checkout links page in the Fanvue dashboard is where a creator manages their checkout links and reviews the sales they generate. It has two tabs: Manage for the links and products themselves, and Payments for the operational sales ledger. This page describes what each tab does so you know what your integration is reconciling against. For the events these sales emit, see Checkout Overview.

Manage tab

The Manage tab is a flat, checkout-link-level table: one row per checkout link, with a Product name column so you can see which product each link sells.
  • Type filter: narrow the table to Checkout, Subscription, or Apps links.
  • Per-row actions: each row has a action menu with text-only actions: Edit product, Delete product, Disable link, Delete link, and Enable link (disabled links show Enable link instead of Disable link).
  • Detail drawer: clicking a row opens a drawer with that link’s details. For checkout links, the drawer includes a View purchases button that deep-links to the Payments tab pre-filtered to that product.
The Manage tab is link- and product-centric. Use it to create, edit, enable, disable, or delete links and the products behind them. To review the money a link has taken, jump to the Payments tab via View purchases.

Payments tab

The Payments tab is an operational payments ledger: one row per payment, built for reconciliation and day-to-day sales review.
  • Summary header: a lightweight header showing total received, the count of payments, and a sparkline of recent activity for the current filter.
  • Filters: date range, product, fan search, and one-off vs subscription.
  • Detail drawer: clicking a row opens a drawer with the full detail for that payment.
Arriving here from a link’s View purchases button applies the product filter automatically, so you land on just that product’s payments.
